• Rates calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. If room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room.

• Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of payment and based on availability of hotels mentioned.

• In case of non availability of rooms/hotels as mentioned, we will inform you and will give different options, the rates may increase or decrease depended upon selection.

• Hotels for each category are selected based on quality and good service. Before confirming the package you are advised to make sure the hotel is as per your preferences.

• There is no hidden charges except your lunch, dinner, if any entry fees applicable at government counters (All food in houseboat is included). During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you should intimate the same to our office.

• Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.

• During Christmas 24th, 31st/New year eve Gala Dinner - will be at actual cost.

• Driver and vehicle are at your disposal; however he will be available between 8am to 7pm except on special request.

• Our office is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations due to political strike or road blocks.
